O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar - Elizabethtown: A Dining Experience Worth Exploring

Very good ! I love their honey boom boom sauce that goes with the chicken tenders. It is to die for. That Mac and cheese with the tenders is amazing too! The burger was good and it tasted like a steak burger. I did not dine in, but got uber delivery. I will say the first time I was missing sauce that I paid for, and the second time over half my order was missing due to a mix up, but they made it up by hand delivering for me ! The food was warm and presentation was beautiful. They definitely went above and beyond to fix the mess up ,since they typically don’t deliver, but I certainly appreciated it. Shout out for great customer service to their team as well when I call to ask about my Uber orders! They are always friendly.

Service was average and shrimp and grits were good just had almost raw onions and peppers on top. Had they been cooked a few minutes longer the meal would've been so much better.

I ordered the Louisiana steak, the pepper was the only taste it had and was also cooked wrong. I ordered medium and it was basically well done. Too much salt on the outside of the baked potato , but man the sweet tea was spot on. Service was kinda slow, but I guess they were a little busy , but not slammed. It was alright, but not what I was expecting, especially on mother's Day

We came on Valentines Day at 5:00, in Elizabethtown. We walked right in and got seated. It took about 20-30 for someone to even come to our table. We got our drinks and ordered. Then it took 10 minutes to get rolls. Then 20 minutes to get our meal. We got a Sirloin, Baked Potatoe and Mac-n-cheese. The Sirloin was tough and Baked Potatoe tasted like it was Microwaved. Also got the Club Sandwich and Fries. The fries were too salty. I won't say it was the worst but definitely will not be back.

Where we were seated, there was a cool breeze like they had the air conditioning on instead of needed heat. The server started out great and then disappeared, we had to ask for the dinner rolls after our food came out one plate at a time, I had my food for about ten minutes before my guest got theirs. The rolls shrunk they were way tinier than before covid. The person who brought out food was not a happy camper. She frowned a lot. My guest's soup was the loaded potato, and it was cold and disgusting looking and just a big bowl of chemicals. Just a few bits of potato. My pimento cheese sandwich was gross. It was panini grilled with bacon and pickles, YUCK! Temperature hot pimento cheese, in this case, was not good at all. The bacon looked old and tasted like cardboard. No bacon taste at all. However, chicken tortilla soup was delicious! The server disappeared for a long while. She did take the loaded potato soup off of the receipt. Needless to say, my guest left hungry. We couldn't stay any longer when asked if he wanted anything else because our lunch break was about to be over with.
